Dental Crown

Crowns are cosmetic restorations that strengthen damaged teeth or improve their shape. They are used for teeth that are broken, worn, or weakened by decay. Crowns cover the entire visible portion of a tooth above the gum line and are made from porcelain, metal, or a combination of both.

Extraction

Tooth extraction may be necessary due to decay, infection, orthodontic needs, or wisdom tooth issues. Dentists expand the tooth socket and separate the ligament to remove the tooth. Extraction prevents damage to surrounding teeth and the jaw.

Dental Fillings

Traditional fillings, made of durable silver amalgam, are ideal for back teeth due to chewing forces. Modern alternatives include ceramic and composite resins, which closely match natural tooth color.

Dentures

Dentures are custom-made removable appliances used to replace missing teeth and restore oral function. They consist of artificial teeth set in a gum-colored base, fitting snugly over the gums. Dentures can be full (replacing all teeth) or partial (filling gaps between natural teeth).

Dental Implant

A dental implant is a titanium post surgically placed into the jawbone, replacing the root of a missing tooth. Through osseointegration, the implant fuses with the bone, providing a stable base for a crown, bridge, or denture.
